Hardline is building VoiceOps infrastructure for construction — capturing the calls, site walks and field conversations where project decisions actually happen and converting them into usable project records.
The platform turns everyday conversations into structured outputs such as daily logs, RFIs, tasks, punch items, change orders and meeting documentation. Rather than requiring field teams to adopt a new workflow, Hardline is designed around the way construction already operates: people talk, decisions get made, and the software documents the work in the background.
Hardline can also route those outputs into tools construction teams already use, including Procore, Autodesk and Fieldwire, helping information move from the field into systems of record without additional manual data entry.
Hardline represents Nirman’s thesis that some of the most valuable AI in legacy industries will not require workers to change how they operate — it will capture the operational knowledge already being created and turn it into structured intelligence.
