Gregg Wallace is a General Partner at Nirman Ventures, where he invests in technologies transforming the built environment, with a focus on enterprise software, industrial innovation and the commercialization of emerging technologies.

Gregg began his career at Bain & Company, working across Atlanta, Dallas and Houston as a strategy consultant focused on technology, media, telecom and energy. He later joined Hilti Group, where he held roles spanning strategy, sales and product across Liechtenstein, Madrid and San Francisco, and ultimately launched Hilti’s corporate venture capital arm.

He subsequently became a Partner at Building Ventures, investing in construction technology companies including Parspec and Clearstory. His experience across consulting, operating roles, corporate venture and institutional venture capital gives him a practical perspective on how emerging technologies gain adoption within complex, traditional industries.

At Nirman, Gregg works closely with founders on market strategy, enterprise adoption, commercialization, customer development and strategic industry partnerships.

Gregg holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Davidson College. Outside of work, he enjoys global travel and long-distance running.
